It was the virtues of audacity, cunning, and sheer strength with which Sigurd (Siegfried) from the Nibelung saga sealed the dragon's fate. Dirk Hofmeister of Midgards Messer heroically combines these essential attributes in the Boker Plus Sigurd Tactical. As an esteemed knife maker sent by the guild of Norse gods, he knows like no other how to create a perfect symbiosis of myth and material. The slender all-steel construction made of D2 is equipped with a drop point blade with a stonewash finish. Numerous recesses along the handle reduce weight, while jimpings on the spine and the catch ring at the end of the handle ensure an outstanding feel. Thanks to the Kydex sheath and belt clip, the fixed blade can be carried both as a neck knife and as a covert tactical knife between pants and body.

Midgards Messer
The German family-run company Midgards Messer, led by knifemaker Dirk Hofmeister, combines Norse mythology with modern outdoor knives and innovative customization options. Using a standard 3D printer, it is easy to print handle scales, sheaths, and other accessories in a wide variety of shapes, colors, and materials for the versatile designs. Midgards Messer was founded in 2017 by Dirk Hofmeister in Baden-Württemberg. Today, in addition to wilderness and hunting knives, collector's and tactical knives are also designed and manufactured.
