TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This notice contains the legal terms and conditions governing the website www.military-surplus.it. By accessing the site, users undertake to accept and agree to abide by all the conditions contained in this statement. Military-Surplus reserves the right to ask Users who do not accept or do not intend to comply with these terms to refrain from using the website. Access to the site and its services is intended exclusively for personal use. The site is owned by: Military-Surplus. At any time, Military-Surplus may modify the contents of the site, including the commercial conditions expressed therein, without prior notice. Military-Surplus disclaims any responsibility for the possibility that, due to a particular configuration of the computer used by the Customer or its malfunction, the colors of the products displayed on the site may show slight differences from the original ones.
TERMS OF SALE
The sale of products contained in the virtual catalogs on www.military-surplus.it is governed by the following General Terms of Sale formulated in accordance with the regulations on contracts concluded outside business premises. Military-Surplus is authorized to manage an e-commerce system. The sales contract can be concluded in the following languages: Italian.
Returns are at the Customer's expense.
CONTRACTING PARTIES
The sales contract will be understood as made between:
Military-Surplus and the Customer: the person (natural or legal) who, through the site, has placed an order that has been accepted by Military-Surplus.
The application of any other contractual conditions, even if not expressly disclaimed by Military-Surplus, is excluded.
APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS OF SALE
Before making a purchase, the Customer is invited to carefully read these General Conditions and is authorized to store, reproduce, download a copy and/or print them. For any further information, the Customer is invited to contact the site's customer service at the e-mail address info@military-surplus.it. By completing the formalities required to place the purchase order, the Customer declares to have read the formalities and to fully accept the General Terms of Sale. The general terms of sale may be modified over time by: Military-Surplus, and any modifications will become valid upon publication on the site. The conditions in force at the time of purchase will apply to each contract.
SERVICE
DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT SALES
The service for the sale of Products activated on the Site includes registration, access to selections, product choice, online transmission of the purchase order and eventual online acceptance of the purchase order.
– Registration:
The purchase and/or registration imply acceptance of the General Conditions mentioned above, which regulate the contract for the supply of Products, as well as consent to the processing of personal data. In case of registration, the Customer is obliged to keep the password with the utmost diligence, undertaking not to allow third parties not expressly authorized by him to use the service, for whose online behavior he assumes all responsibility. In case of loss, theft or loss of the password, the Customer will have the right to activate the procedure for issuing a new password present on the Site. If the customer wishes to cancel their account, they must send this request to info@military-surplus.it.
– Purchase order:
Every purchase order received at www.military-surplus.it must clearly contain indications regarding the product code, its description, the quantity, the address and the name of the recipient. The ordering procedure on the website www.military-surplus.it provides the possibility to identify and correct data entry errors before submitting the purchase order. The purchase order sent by the Customer constitutes a binding contractual proposal for the Customer. To confirm receipt of the order, Military-Surplus will send the Customer a summary e-mail to the e-mail address indicated during registration. The e-mail is for informational purposes only and does not constitute acceptance by Military-Surplus of the order itself.
– Acceptance of the purchase order and conclusion of the sales contract:
Military-Surplus reserves the unquestionable right to accept or not accept the purchase order submitted by the Customer. Military-Surplus, without prejudice to the provisions of the following paragraph, undertakes to process the Customer's order or to notify him of any problems without delay and in any case within and no later than 7 days from the day following that on which the Customer transmitted the order. It is understood that the execution of the order is subject to the actual availability of the Products. In case of lack of availability of the Product and/or in case of non-acceptance of the order, Military-Surplus will promptly inform the Customer and reimburse the same if payment has already been made. In this case, the Customer will not be entitled to any other indemnity or compensation. Orders transmitted by persons who have not reached the age of majority will not be accepted.
– Sales contract storage method:
The sales contract will be stored on the Site and the Customer can access it at any time by following the display procedure on the Site.
PRODUCT FEATURES
The Products are depicted in the online Catalog in such a way as to correspond as closely as possible to their exact characteristics. The published images, which have the value of generic informational material, may not exactly correspond to reality. The Products depicted in the online Catalog can be purchased while stocks last, it being understood that Military-Surplus reserves the right not to make certain Products available at any time and/or to modify their characteristics. Military-Surplus also reserves the right to update the online Catalog at any time by modifying the range or number of products.
