Right of withdrawal

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 10 working days of receiving the purchased goods. The Customer must send an email to info@military-surplus.it to request the return procedure and obtain authorization.

In the return communication, the Customer must always indicate the purchase order number and the identification code of the Products. The return must be made according to our procedure and with Bartolini courier (for orders placed in Italy) or GLS courier (for orders placed abroad) using the pre-printed return form contained in the order package. Collection can be booked via the BartoliniGLS Call Center. The shipment must be sent to the following address: SR71 46 -52043 Castiglion Fiorentino Arezzo

The Customer must return the purchased Products, intact and complete (including original packaging), at their own expense and risk to the address indicated above, no later than 10 (ten) working days from the receipt of the purchased Products. For the sole purpose of meeting the aforementioned 10 (ten) working day deadline, the Products are considered returned when they have been delivered to the courier or the accepting post office. The right of withdrawal can be exercised for the entire purchased Product and cannot, therefore, be exercised only for a part of the ordered goods.

– Conditions:
Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered, and must not show any signs of use. Each item must be returned with all original labels, packaging, and accessories received with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged or altered in any way.

In the event that the Customer receives defective goods or errors occur in shipments by Military-Surplus, the Customer is required to follow the same instructions outlined above (return). Military-Surplus reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises. All returned items are subject to inspection and must comply with all parameters listed in the return procedure. Military-Surplus reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns shipped with couriers other than BartoliniGLS.

In all cases where the withdrawal is not legitimately and validly exercised by the Customer, Military-Surplus will return the Product to the Customer at the Customer's risk and expense. The Customer must also arrange for the return of the goods. If the returned Products are damaged during transport for redelivery to Military-Surplus, the Customer will be informed of the detected damages within the second working day from the receipt of the Products, in order to allow the Customer to in turn inform the courier and assert their rights against the latter. At the same time, Military-Surplus will return the damaged Products to the Customer during transport at the Customer's risk and expense. If the withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the provisions of current legislation, Military-Surplus will refund the sums paid by the Customer. The refund will be made free of charge as soon as possible and in any case within thirty days from the date on which Military-Surplus became aware of the Customer's exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
