Been out in the countryside? Check yourself for tick bites! If you find a tick bite, it’s very important that the tick is removed quickly, safely and in the correct way. You should do this within eight hours, using the Care Plus® TickRemover. The tick remover comes with two alcohol wipes to disinfect the bite sites after removing the tick. Instructions1. Hold the tweezers with your thumb and middle finger and use your index finger to press on the rear end of the tweezers; the gripping mechanism will now open.2. Carefully place the gripping mechanism over the tick, as close to the skin as possible, then allow the gripping mechanism to close.3. Then, with a few gentle tugs, pull the tick vertically out of the skin.4.
