The 6" (15 cm) Cyalume ChemLight was developed over 45 years ago at the request of the US Navy.
It is activated by simply bending and shaking the stick, which generates illumination used as tactical lighting for training or in the theater of operations. It produces 360° high-performance light.
It is phthalate-free, waterproof, buoyant, visible up to one nautical mile (approximately 1.6 km), generates no heat, flames, gases, or sparks, is non-flammable and non-toxic.
Always ready for use, requires no maintenance.
