FPS SOFT AIR 105 m/s spring

The 105 m/s FPS spring was calibrated on 363mm barrels and gearboxes with type D cylinders (for barrels from 301 to 400mm).
Naturally, with shorter or longer barrels, performance will decrease or increase, so you will switch to harder or softer calibration.
The thickness due to the spring guide and piston head bearings was not taken into account during the calibration process.
For this reason, given the same initial conditions, a performance increase of approximately 2.5 m/s for each bearing should be considered.
The FPS spring is 100% Made in Italy and was developed in collaboration with leading companies in the sector.
The material used is blued and pre-tempered carbon steel wire with added silicon and chromium EN10270 / 2.
Immediately after forming, the spring is stabilized in an oven at a temperature of 400 degrees Celsius for thirty minutes to optimize its durability over time.
The spring features variable pitch coils in the central area and in the area in contact with the spring guide, and undergoes a grinding process at both ends which guarantees optimal performance during compression.

It is recommended to use the spring in conjunction with bearing-mounted spring guides and piston heads to ensure maximum performance and longevity.
