FPS SOFT AIR piston head with bearing in POM, designed for fast bursts and to improve the replica's quietness

POM bearing piston head designed for fast bursts and to increase the quietness of the replica thanks to its very small striking surface (TPNS).
It is the lightest among those produced by FPS for rifles with rates of fire exceeding 30 BBs / second.
Its adoption lightens the weight of the striking mass composed of the piston and piston head, resulting in a significant reduction in mechanical stress and noise.
The particular shape of the striking part (conical, degrading towards the center with different angles) ensures that the ventilation holes are never closed by the cylinder head's rubber buffer, without leaving too much stagnant air between the cylinder head and piston head. All of this ensures perfect anti-vacuum without ever causing power drops.
This piston head was developed thanks to the experience of Nico Saccocci from NikkSakk.Extreme.Airsoftcustom.
The product comes with a metal bearing and an orange-colored loaded technopolymer washer.
For replica preparations with extreme rates, our technical team recommends using the washer to lighten the striking mass.
