Steel gear set with a 13:1 ratio, manufactured using the MIM (Metal Injection Molding) process. This particular procedure allows for a result comparable to 99% of the resistance of solid machined metal, with tolerances of +/- 0.01 millimeters. Our gears are heat-treated and undergo a surface finishing treatment that increases their hardness and reduces friction during operation. The lightening cuts on the parts have been designed to achieve maximum smoothness and reduce vibrations during the firing cycle.
