The 498 Marine Combat fighting knife is a tactical fixed blade knife and is used exclusively by the United States Marine Corps. Each knife is manufactured to U.S. Government specifications. It features a 7" clip point blade made of 1095 carbon steel. The handle is black leather with grooves to provide a good grip. The sheath is made of black leather.
