FPS SOFT AIR spring 95m/s

The 95 m/s FPS spring was calibrated on 363 mm barrels and gearboxes with Type D cylinders (for barrels from 301 to 400 mm).
Naturally, with shorter or longer barrels, performance will decrease or increase, leading to the use of a harder or softer calibration.
The thickness due to the spring guide and piston head bearings was not considered in the calibration process.
For this reason, under the same initial conditions, a performance increase of approximately 2.5 m/s for each bearing should be taken into account.
The FPS spring is 100% Made in Italy and was manufactured in collaboration with leading companies in the sector.
The material used is blued and pre-tempered carbon steel wire with added silicon and chromium EN10270 / 2.
Immediately after forming, the spring is stabilized in an oven at a temperature of 400 degrees Celsius for thirty minutes to optimize its longevity.
The spring features variable pitch coils in the central area and in the area in contact with the spring guide, and undergoes a grinding process at both ends to ensure optimal performance during compression.
