The Coordinate Meter is a fundamental tool for reading cartographic maps, plotting points on the map, and routes. It is possible, using the Coordinate Meter, to easily plot points on the map by measuring the distance between meridians and parallels, using the scales on the edges and superimposing it on the map, thanks to its transparency.

Equipped with a dial graduated in degrees (0-360) for reporting or verifying readings with a compass.

Example: by measuring a distance of 10 on the 1:50,000 scale with the coordinate meter, you will immediately know that the distance is 1 kilometer. By then plotting the route to follow, it will be easy to determine the distance to travel.

Furthermore, in the case of UTM coordinates, the coordinate meter can be used to easily plot the point by measuring the distance from the meridian and parallel, on the map's reference scale.

Compact and easy to use, made of transparent polyethylene, the coordinate meter is compact in size (10.5 x 10.5 centimeters) and can be easily carried along with the map.
