The receiver, buffer tube with the enlarged SF-type stock accommodating the battery, as well as the pistol grip, were made of polymer plastic reinforced with nylon fiber. Other components, such as the barrel, RIS front, flash hider, enlarged charging handle and the tactical sling swivel are made of metal (all screws, pins, the case ejector flap and the dummy bolt are made of steel). There are markings and a serial number on the receiver.
The replica has been very well made; the user will not experience any loose elements between the lower and upper parts of the receiver. The use of a lightweight plastic receiver has allowed for a significant weight reduction, making it perfect for dynamic games or long-lasting milsim events. Fiberglass reinforcement makes the receiver more durable than polymer and metal ones.
One of the replica's features is a quick spring change system, ESA™. The system allows for quick and efficient adjustment of the replica's power to the game field's needs, without the need for tools: simply unscrew the stock guide to reveal access to the spring, without having to remove or dismantle the gearbox.
The advantages of the ESA™ system cannot be overstated. In light of existing regulations within airsoft communities, this system guarantees the user a significant number of possibilities and a lot of freedom. The ESA™ system allows you to quickly, with little to no effort, change the main spring, and thus adjust the replica's muzzle velocity according to the game organizer's requirements. This ensures an ideal compromise between the effectiveness of shooting your shots and your safety and that of other players.
The replica has been fully adapted to work with LiPo and LiFe batteries. Thanks to the basic muzzle velocity of ~380 FPS guaranteed by the factory-installed main spring, the replica is perfect for medium-range operations. The set also includes an M90 spring, which allows the muzzle velocity to be reduced to ~310 FPS, making it the perfect replica for operating at short distances or inside buildings.
The gearbox has 8 mm slide bearings and steel gears mounted on them. The system is secured by means of four anti-reverse latches. A lightweight piston, made of polycarbonate plastic, is equipped with a full steel tooth plate which increases its durability. The replica has a steel cut-off lever and a precise rotary Hop-Up chamber. The durability of the components allows for the use of M140 springs.
A precisely made Rotary Hop-Up chamber perfectly harmonizes with a high-quality precision barrel with a diameter of 6.03 mm. The use of a precision barrel has a positive effect on the range and accuracy of the replica. You must remember to use high-quality 6 mm BBs.
The replica is equipped with an M-LOK front rail produced under license from Strike Industries. The replica also comes with the brand new M-Lok angled grip designed by Specna Arms. A folding sight has been installed on the upper RIS rail, which does not interfere with optoelectronic sights. Thanks to the retractable stock with a non-slip texture, it is possible to adapt the replica's length to the operator's body type and preferences. The standard flash hider is mounted on a 14 mm left-hand thread, which allows a silencer to be attached in its place.
