Steel gear set with a 12:1 ratio made using the MIM (Metal Injection Molding) process. This particular process allows for a result comparable to 99% of the strength of metal machined from solid, with tolerances of +/- 0.01 millimeters. Our gears are heat-treated and undergo a surface finishing treatment that increases their hardness and reduces friction during operation. The lightening features on the parts have been designed to achieve maximum smoothness and reduce vibrations during the firing cycle.
