FPS SOFT AIR spring for Well MB01, 140 m/s FPS

The 140 m/s FPS spring was calibrated on the original mechanics of the Well brand MB01 rifle.

Naturally, with shorter or longer barrels, performance will decrease or increase, so harder or softer calibration will be used.

The thickness due to the bearings was not taken into account in the calibration process, so, given the same initial conditions, a performance increase of about 2.5 m/s per bearing must be considered.

The FPS spring is 100% Made in Italy and was produced in collaboration with leading companies in the sector.

The material used is blued and pre-tempered carbon steel wire with added silicon and chromium EN10270 / 2.

Immediately after forming, the spring is stabilized in an oven at a temperature of 400 degrees Celsius for thirty minutes in order to optimize its durability over time.

The spring has variable pitch coils in the central area and in the area in contact with the spring guide, and undergoes a grinding process at both ends which ensures optimal performance during compression.
