11.1V 600mAh 20/40C LiPo Battery for PDW - Tamiya

Specna Arms meets the expectations of its customers by supplying the market with a wide range of efficient LiPo batteries that meet the needs of every user, regardless of whether you are looking for a stock-stored battery, a handguard-stored battery, or a laser sight case-stored battery - this and much more can be found in the offer that allows for even longer games.

The battery is designed and ideally compatible with Specna Arms EDGE replicas equipped with PDW stock.

Lithium-Ion-Polymer (LiPo) packs are the successors to the well-known Lithium-Ion (LiIon) packs. The fundamental advantage of LiPo is undoubtedly the capacity-to-size ratio. The packs are very small while maintaining very high electrical efficiency, which allows for choosing a suitable pack for virtually every AEG replica. They do not have a memory effect. It can be charged very frequently, without the need to be fully discharged. Frequent recharging is beneficial for every battery type.

It is crucial to remember not to discharge a LiPo pack below 3V per cell and not to overcharge beyond 4.2V per cell. Another advantage of LiPo packs is a small self-discharge percentage. An unused pack will lose approximately 3 - 5% of energy per month. It is important to pay attention to an unused pack as there is a risk that, due to non-use for an extended period of time, it may discharge below the acceptable minimum value (3V per cell) and involuntary chemical reactions may occur, leading to a deterioration of the pack's properties including permanent damage and, in extreme cases, a fire. An unused LiPo pack should be charged to an average of 70%.

Used correctly, a LiPo pack has an average usage period of 500 - 700 cycles. An important factor is the temperature at which LiPo packs can operate. Unlike other batteries, LiPo cells perform well at low temperatures. However, they should be charged at room temperature. To maintain the good condition of LiPo batteries, they should be balanced during charging with a service connector, which most LiPo packs have (a good LiPo charger has a built-in balancer).
